Birdies for charity

The Geneseo Education Foundation (formerly known as The Geneseo Endowment for Excellence in Education) was established Thirty years ago to support quality education in the Geneseo School District. We are grateful to the community for making sure that the learning environment is of the highest quality by building the endowment to nearly $250,000. The foundation has provided nearly $4,000,000 towards upgrading, complementing, and enhancing curriculums. The Board of Directors continually strives to build the endowment. We will be participating in the John Deere’s Birdies for Charity fundraiser again this year. We are hoping you will “CHIP” in and help us grow the endowment.

Birdies for Charity is such a great program. For every dollar we raise, they will guarantee no less than 5% bonus, and in previous years have been able to pay 10%. You may make a one- time pledge, payable now or later, or you may pledge an amount per number of Birdies made and will then be invoiced after the tournament. All checks are to be made out to: Quad Cities Golf Classic Charitable Foundation. Individuals who guess the correct number of Birdies are eligible to win a two- year lease on a 2023 Lexus NX. Enclosed is a donation form you may mail to us, and we will forward. If you choose to mail directly to John Deere Please make sure our ID #2048 is on the form.
